The International Society for Justice Research (ISJR) will hold its 11th Conference on Social Justice Research at
Humboldt University of Berlin, August 2-5, 2006. The theme of the conference is: Social Justice in a World of Change: Interdisciplinary
Approaches.
The International Social Justice Conferences allow for various disciplines to meet biannually and exchange ideas and research findings
with regards to the topic of social justice. The conferences act as a major tool in creating a network between
eminent scholars from around the world. Many countries are represented at these conferences, ranging in various fields of study
including Philosophy, Sociology, Psychology, Political Science, Anthropology, Economics, Law, Education, and Cultural Studies.
The upcoming conference aspires to be a forum of discussing justice issues across the boundaries of particular scientific disciplines.
The 2006 conference in Berlin will include plenary sessions, panels, symposia, and poster sessions. The Institute of Social Sciences and
Humboldt University are honored to be hosting the International Social Justice Conference 2006.
